CARGO LIABILITY & TERMS

Transit Damage
All shipments are subject to the Carriage of Goods Act. Claims regarding transit damage must be filed within 17 hours of receipt at the transit hub. We don't hide behind red tape.
Forwarding Delays
While we aim for 100% on-time delivery, acts of God and infrastructure failure are exempt from standard liability. We'll always communicate within 15 minutes of an identified delay.
Specific stipulations regarding warehousing protocols include strict climate control monitoring and biometric access logs. Our facility at 34 Pacific Ave is monitored 24/7. Don't worry, your cargo is in safe hands.
